Customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in Kerala Circle can now voice their grievances and register in Grievance Cell working in the Chief General Manager's Office, Door Sanchar Bhavan, PMG Junction, Trivandrum-33 by dialing Tollfree number 12727.
The grievances to Secondary Switching Areas can register through Tollfree number 12728.
